Bryce Kunimoto to Chair Holland & Hart’s Diversity Committee
Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce that Las Vegas partner Bryce Kunimoto has been named chair of the firm’s diversity committee. As chair, Kunimoto will oversee the implementation of Holland & Hart’s strategic diversity plan, including recruiting, partner compensation, retention and development, among other areas of focus.

Kunimoto has been actively involved in the Asian legal community for more than a decade. He is one of the founders of the Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas, for which he served as co-president from 2002 – 2005 and as president in 2012.

He has also served in numerous leadership roles for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA), including vice president of communications (2010 – 2011), vice president of membership (2009 – 2010), and former Regional Governor, representing the interests of Asian-American attorneys in Nevada and the Eastern District of California (2007 – 2009).

Additionally, Kunimoto is the former director of the Clark County Bar Association, a position he held from 2007 – 2010.

As a commercial litigator, Kunimoto represents cases involving contract disputes, banking law, trade secrets, partnership disputes, NASD/FINRA broker-dealer disputes, construction law, and employment defense. His clients include large national banks, brokerage firms, gaming companies, developers, hotels/casinos, celebrities, and foreign technology companies.

Holland & Hart has been recognized among the top 100 firms in the nation for diversity by MultiCultural Law Magazine, as sixth out of 221 firms nationwide based on our percentage of equity female partners by The National Law Journal, and as one of only 42 firms in the country to be certified for having integrated women into the highest leadership positions in the firm by Women in Law Empowerment Forum.
