Sydney represents business clients in commercial matters relating to contract disputes and complex business torts, as well as insurance and healthcare clients in litigation and administrative matters.
Sydney is an associate in the Business Litigation practice group. She represents clients in matters such as complex contract, shareholder, and other commercial disputes. She also represents healthcare clients in a wide range of litigation and administrative matters. Sydney is experienced in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, fact and expert discovery, alternative dispute resolution, trial, and appellate briefing. She has been successful in securing an injunction for her healthcare client against a state administrative and regulatory board, obtaining a multi-million dollar judgment for her banking client, and positively resolving matters on their merits both via dispositive motions and at trial.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Sydney was an extern for the Honorable Gloria Sturman in the Eighth Judicial District Court in Nevada (2015). In addition, she was an extern for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada (2016), where she was assigned to the Children’s Attorneys Project.
