Holland & Hart recently represented CyberGRX in its $30 million Series C financing led by Scale Venture Partners. CyberGRX’s existing investors, including Blackstone Group, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Google Ventures, also participated.
Based in Denver, Colo., CyberGRX operates a unique exchange to assess, manage, and mitigate vendor and other third-party cyber risk. The CyberGRX Exchange allows participants to identify, prioritize, and minimize cybersecurity risks in their supply chain and vendor networks. The Exchange is built on a shared cost model and features comprehensive, standardized assessments combined with advanced analytics to turn that assessment data into actionable insights. CyberGRX plans to use the secured capital to further support its explosive user growth and augment its internal sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
