Disrupting the Bicycle Industry - The Pro's Closet Raises $9 Million for Growth

Holland & Hart’s emerging growth team represented Boulder-based client The Pro’s Closet, a specialized worldwide reseller of new and used bicycles and cycling gear. The transaction was in connection with its recent $9 million funding round investment led by Boulder-based venture capital firm Foundry Group with participation from Ridgeline Ventures, an existing investor in The Pro’s Closet. The investment will go towards the redesign of the company’s website to include a leading-edge, e-commerce platform and infrastructure expansion for servicing and reconditioning bicycles before resale.

Holland & Hart’s deal team was led by Chuck Cotter and Finity Jernigan and included teammates Adam Cohen, Matt Abell, Tiffany Shimada, Jordan Bunch, Louise Mousseau, and Catherine Walsh.
