Doug Thornley Discusses Opportunity Zones in Nevada – UNR University Center for Economic Development Podcast

Doug Thornley, a real estate development attorney in Holland & Hart’s Reno office, appeared as a guest on The University Center for Economic Development (UCED) at the University of Nevada podcast series on Feb. 15. Thornley joined Professor Fred Steinmann, Assistant Research Professor with the University of Nevada UCED, to discuss what Opportunity Zones are and how they can be used when planning developments, with a focus on real estate development in Nevada.
