Ellen Ostrow

Ellen focuses her practice on corporate bankruptcy and commercial litigation. 

Clients benefit from Ellen's comprehensive knowledge of bankruptcy court processes and procedures she acquired while serving as a law clerk to Chief Judge William T. Thurman of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Utah, for more than two years. 

As a law student, Ellen held internships at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in both the Division of Enforcement and Office of International Affairs, and with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. Prior to law school, she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala.

Ellen draws from her experience as a law clerk to Chief Judge William T. Thurman of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Utah to guide creditors and debtors through the technical bankruptcy process, including:
