Holland & Hart represented Golden-based client Ascent360, Inc., a leading cloud-based customer data platform company, in connection with its seed-round funding of $1.9 million. Backing came from Access Venture Partners, Nelnet, Bialla Venture Partners 2, LLC, Service Provider Capital, and the Rockies Venture Club, along with several private investors. Ascent360 plans to use the funding to enhance sales and marketing of their unique technology solutions and to expand development of their product.
Holland & Hart’s deal team was led by Denver partner Betty Arkell and also included Dillon Peters, Nathan Davis, and Louise Mousseau.
