Holland & Hart represented Optiv Security, a market-leading provider of end-to-end cyber security solutions, in its recent acquisition of Adaptive Communications LLC, a New England-based provider of robust and flexible information security solutions. This is the third acquisition Holland & Hart has assisted Optiv Security with this year. While the first two acquisitions helped Optiv bolster its technical capabilities for identity and access management and third-party risk assessment, this transaction allows Optiv to strengthen its local services to consumers across New England, providing access to Optiv’s cyber security programs. The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
