Holland & Hart represented Colorado-based client Sharp Shooter/Spectrum Ventures (SSV) in the sale of 100% of its membership interests to Magic Memories. According to the Magic Memories press release, Magic Memories now leads the industry as the largest provider of innovative content and photography solutions for the attractions industry.
Holland & Hart has represented SSV for the past 16 years, assisting with a wide variety of corporate, intellectual property, and employment matters.
