Karen skillfully assists clients with real property acquisition, development, leasing, sale and financing transactions. She represents both owners and lenders.

In her practice, she works closely with the Nevada Real Estate Division and other governmental and administrative agencies, and she has an active legislative practice in the fields of real estate and finance.

Karen represents a wide range of clients, including real estate developers, lenders, sellers and buyers. She represents both owners and lenders in transactions involving mixed use and golf course communities, time share developments, condominium-hotels, condominium conversions, industrial parks, shopping centers, office buildings and power plant facilities.
