Marcy Glenn Appointed to Colorado Governor's Board of Ethics

Colorado Governor Hickenlooper recently appointed Marcy Glenn, partner in Holland & Hart’s appellate litigation group, to serve on the Governor’s Board of Ethics. The Governor’s Board of Ethics comments on gubernatorial appointments; reviews complaints of certain violations of the provisions of CRS title 24, article 18, which sets standards of conduct for persons participating in state government; makes written recommendations to the Governor concerning his requests; and, pursuant to CRS section 24-30-1003(c), reviews appeals from decisions alleging violations of the code of judicial conduct by administrative law judges.
