Paul assists clients with managing and protecting their patent portfolios.

He works as part of a large team of EE and computer-focused attorneys, patent agents, and patent engineers that support sophisticated technology clients across the wireless communications, storage, software, and semiconductor industries.

Paul’s physics background, and extensive electrical engineering coursework, enables him to understand the underlying concepts and principles of the inventions that his team’s clients seek to protect.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Paul practiced patent prosecution and other areas of IP law on the East Coast. He also has experience working for a technology lobbying firm on Capitol Hill, where he assisted clients in obtaining Department of Defense contracts.
