Holland & Hart LLP will spend a full day discussing the latest federal and state employment law issues Oct. 9 during the firm’s biannual Employment Law Update at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

The event features presentations from the firm’s top employment law attorneys who will bring employers up to speed on the following subjects:

Participants The speakers will highlight hot topics through their interactive presentations to help guide in-house counsel, human resources professionals, and other professionals who deal with employee relations. Attendees will receive updates on new laws, regulations, and court cases that continue to change the employment law landscape. Attorneys also will offer practical advice on how to resolve employment disputes at early stages so employers can avoid litigation, as well as provide strategies for developing a successful defense if a lawsuit is filed.

This year’s update will feature leadership expert and author Ed Tate as the keynote speaker. Tate is known nationally and internationally for his energizing, educational, and entertaining speaking performances on effective leadership and management.
