Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Denver partner Adam M. Cohen was elected Vice-Chair (Administration) of the American Bar Association (ABA) Tax Section.
With over 11,000 members, the ABA Tax Section comprises experienced practitioners to law students, and covers all tax practice areas. The ABA Tax Section’s aim is to serve its members and the public by providing education about taxes and tax systems, and by providing leadership to support the development of an equitable, efficient and workable tax system.
Prior to his election as Vice-Chair (Administration) Adam has also served as Council Director from 2016-2017 and from 2017-2019, and as Partnerships & LLCs Chair from 2013-2014. The ABA Tax Section is governed by fourteen officers.
