Anne Henderson Haws Receives Idaho State Bar 2024 Service Award

Holland & Hart is pleased to share that Anne Henderson Haws, an associate in the firm’s Boise, Idaho office, has been selected as a 2024 Service Award recipient by the Idaho State Bar (ISB). The Service Award is presented annually to lawyers and non-lawyers for exemplary service to the Bar and/or Idaho Law Foundation. These individuals are recognized for contributing their time and talents to serving the public and for their dedication to the betterment of the legal profession.

Anne generously devotes her time to serving the public and legal community, where she represents her profession in numerous roles through committee, organization, and program involvement. Her participation includes raising funds for Idaho Access to Justice through continued service on its FUND Run Committee and Leadership Committee, serving as Chair of the Idaho Women Lawyers Judicial Committee, and serving as the Idaho State Membership Chair to the American Bar Association. Additionally, she serves as a member of the U.S. District Court, District of Idaho Local Rules Committee, and will serve as a member of the District of Idaho Bankruptcy Judge Vacancy Merit Screening Committee in 2024-2025. Anne has also devoted time in service as an adjunct professor at the University of Idaho College of Law, teaching courses in Conflict of Laws the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

In her practice, Anne represents clients in a wide array of complex litigation matters in federal and state court, ranging from business torts to professional defamation to federal environmental claims. Her expertise in federal practice and procedure provides distinct strategic value to clients with cases in federal court.

Anne will be presented with the 2024 Service Award at the ISB Annual Meeting in July and will be featured in the 2024 Idaho State Bar Special Awards edition of The Advocate.
