Ben has served as lead associate on multiple matters, negotiating favorable settlements on behalf of clients. He efficiently and effectively guides clients through all stages of litigation and appeals, and has supported entities through high-risk matters, including high-stakes RICO claims, complex business divorces, FINRA arbitration, and claims of fraud.
Ben is committed to guiding his clients through the legal complexities of their businesses, providing strategic and practical advice before and during litigation. His passion lies in demystifying the legal process and empowering clients to make informed choices that serve their best interests and further their business objectives.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, he was a litigation and appellate associate at a Texas-based trial and appellate firm. Additionally, Ben gained valuable experience while interning at the Securities and Exchange Commission during law school.
