Bria works to find strategic solutions to clients’ legal needs and supports them when litigation becomes unavoidable.
Bria’s fact-based and detail-oriented approach to the practice of law makes her an essential part of the litigation team. She assists senior attorneys in developing persuasive arguments and utilizes her advocacy, writing, and research skills to support clients’ business objectives when they face litigation in federal and state court.
Bria has experience working on matters involving contract disputes, leasehold issues, trust and estate litigation, securities issues, and administrative appeals.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Bria was a member of the trial team at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. She has also served as a judicial intern for Justice William W. Hood, III on the Colorado Supreme Court, legal extern for the Colorado Office of Alternate Defense Counsel, and executive intern in the Colorado Governor's Office.
