Chris helps clients drive their projects forward, providing practical guidance on development, regulatory, and litigation matters.
Clients benefit from Chris’s experience with state government managing state-owned lands. Chris brings a keen understanding of the regulatory framework governing Alaska land matters, and counsels clients on a wide range of transactional and regulatory issues, including real property, right of way agreements, management agreements, and other contracts. When litigation arises, Chris draws from his extensive litigation experience to represent clients in court and before administrative bodies at the state, local, and federal level.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Chris served in key land management positions with the Alaska Department of Natural Resources. Chris’s extensive litigation experience includes eight years as an Assistant District Attorney.
