Christine helps clients on a variety of government contracting and international trade related issues, including bid protests and internal investigations.

Christine brings experience with government contracts and international trade compliance, having worked for two major defense contractors and previously holding a TS/SCI security clearance. She is skilled in export/import compliance and complex regulatory analysis.

Clients benefit from Christine’s keen eye for detail when assisting in the development of policies and procedures, training, and process improvements. Christine also helps clients in drafting and negotiating government contracts and conducting export/import risk assessments.

Christine’s export experience includes drafting technical assistance agreements, export license applications, commodity jurisdiction and classification requests, as well as export related voluntary disclosures. She also assists clients with Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) transaction reviews and filings.

Christine is a licensed US Customs Broker and has experience conducting complex Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification, valuation analyses, compliance program reviews/audits, as well as preparation of prior disclosures to Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Christine participated in Holland & Hart's summer clerk program and worked as a student attorney with the University of Denver Veterans Advocacy Project while attending the Sturm College of Law.
