Celssie brings a decade of government service experience and coalition building skills to help clients develop a strategic approach for legislative action. She assists clients to conceptualize, build, and execute strategies in legislative and executive affairs, local governance, regulatory compliance, and administrative law matters.
Clients look to Celssie for insights on drafting policy memos and protecting their interests before state and local governing authorities. She is adept at bridging the needs of stakeholders in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to find actionable solutions, and coordinating activities among various groups.
Before attending law school, Celssie worked as the Executive Director to the Nevada Growth & Opportunity Political Action Committee and as an executive assistant to the Nevada State Assembly Majority and Minority Leader. She also served as a policy and governance analyst for the Nevada State Medical Association and as a campaign consultant and fundraiser for several State Senators and Assemblymembers.
During law school, Celssie served as a judicial intern for Judge Charles J. Hoskin of the Eighth Judicial District Court.
