Chris Jackson Discusses Two Major SCOTUS Decisions Despite the Pandemic Disruptions in Law Week Colorado

Holland & Hart appellate attorney Chris Jackson, was quoted in Law Week Colorado’s June 29 Appellate Review article entitled, “Pandemic Postpones SCOTUS Finale.” The article discusses how despite the disruption to the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2019-2020 session due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Court released two major decisions in June: a historic ruling on LGBT protections under Title VII and a decision that the Department of Homeland Security’s winding down of the DACA program was unlawful. Jackson provides insights on the cases and the “shifting dynamics” of the Court.
