Craig Dammeier Selected to the Leadership Boise Class of 2025

Holland & Hart is proud to announce that corporate lawyer Craig Dammeier, an associate in the firm’s Boise office, has been selected to join the Leadership Boise Class of 2023-2025, a two-year, masters-like community leadership program of the Boise Metro Chamber. Leadership Boise is one of the longest-running, Chamber-sponsored leadership programs in the United States and has mentored more than 1,700 Treasure Valley business and civic leaders since its inception in 1975. Craig was accepted into this distinguished program through a competitive, highly selective application and interview process.

Through monthly daylong sessions about relevant and pressing topics that affect and impact living and working in Boise, participants will enhance and develop knowledge and understanding of the community, its complexity, and its potential, as well as meet and exchange ideas with each other and current community leaders. Through the intentional curriculum and sessions, participants benefit from hearing a variety of perspectives and developing a foundation to expand their leadership roles in the community.

In his practice, Craig advises startups and mature companies throughout their corporate life cycle, primarily working with clients in the animal healthcare and SaaS industries. In addition, he counsels clients on commercial contracts, governance matters, strategic transactions, and financings.
