Denver Business Journal Quotes Tim Crisp Discussing Biden's PPP Changes for Small-Business Lending

Holland & Hart Commercial Finance partner Tim Crisp was quoted in the Denver Business Journal’s March 3 article titled, “Denver lawyers weigh in on Biden's PPP changes for small-business lending.” The Biden administration recently announced a two-week moratorium on which businesses are initially eligible for PPP loans, a move designed to ensure that the smallest businesses get the attention needed. ”Focusing on small businesses is an admirable goal,” said Crisp, “and a stated priority of the Biden administration.” “Those small-business owners with fewer than 20 employees should know that the two-week moratorium is probably their best opportunity to get their banker’s attention and get a loan if they haven’t already,” he added.
