David is a resourceful paralegal with more than two decades of experience working with lawyers to support individuals and companies in a wide range of matters. He has strong writing skills and effectively communicates with opposing counsel, staff, and court personnel.
He brings expertise on diverse kinds of dispute resolution and litigation – from insurance to tax, construction, commercial, toxic tort, and environmental. David closely manages all aspects of client relations, case initiation, written and oral discovery, motion practice and filings, and arbitration and trial preparation.
Before joining Holland & Hart, David worked as a paralegal in both private and government offices, including the United States Attorney’s Office and the City and County of Denver, where he gained valuable experience in construction, environmental, and insurance litigation and criminal prosecution.
