Representative Experience
  • Served as lead trial counsel for defendant software company in class action case in Michigan involving product liability and allegations of constitutional violations.

  • Served as co-lead trial counsel for defendant manufacturing facility in six week toxic tort class action trial in Louisiana. Plaintiffs asserted claims in excess of $100 million. Jury found in favor of client defendants on all counts.
  • Served as lead attorney for hospital in significant internal investigation stemming from broad allegations of wrongdoing by hospital executives.

  • Served as lead counsel for municipality in dispute with irrigation district with over $100 million dollars in environmental and infrastructure costs at issue.
  • Served successfully as lead counsel for one of the largest energy companies in the world in high profile dispute brought by environmental group related to transportation of refinery equipment. Trial and appeal victories allowed client to save hundreds of jobs and avoid millions in potential losses.

  • Served as lead counsel for wood treatment facility in environmental clean-up litigation brought Idaho Department of Environmental Quality.

  • Lead counsel in breach of contract and business tort action arising out of custom manufacturing relationship. Client achieved recovery in excess of $11 million.
  • Served as trial counsel in national litigation for building materials manufacturer in product liability, toxic tort, and professional negligence cases.
  • Central Dairymen’s Association v. Snake River Dairyman’s Association – Defendant association in arbitration relating to tort and contract claim allegedly in excess of $10 million. Client defendant prevailed on all claims.
