Erik’s real estate practice includes all phases of complex transactions, finance, land use, and development.
Erik represents a diverse range of clients, including real estate developers, commercial and residential real estate operators, life-science and technology REITS and campus portfolios, multinational corporations, resorts and hospitality businesses, and energy and utility companies.
Erik brings a particular focus to difficult development problems, drawing on his experience working on complex planning, land use, and entitlement matters to help clients navigate regulatory obligations and get their projects off the ground.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Erik served as Counsel to New York City’s Charter Revision Commission. He also worked as an associate in the New York office of an international law firm, where he assisted clients with development, planning, and regulatory matters.
