DENVER (April 11, 2022)—Holland & Hart announced that experienced litigation and regulatory partner Andrew Lillie has joined the firm in the Denver office.
Lillie’s energy and natural resources practice includes handling commercial disputes, administrative enforcement actions, and federal and state environmental and other regulatory predicaments for renewable energy, mining, oil and gas, and infrastructure clients. He also counsels clients in a variety of industries, from food and beverage to resort management to technology, on regulatory compliance, cybersecurity threats, supply chain integrity, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) planning and compliance issues. Lillie also proactively handles a variety of business disputes centered on contract and tort claims.
