DENVER (Apr. 2, 2024)—Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce that former EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler has joined the firm as a partner and Head of Federal Affairs in the Washington, DC office.
Wheeler brings Cabinet-level legislative and regulatory experience shaping environmental policy at the EPA and 14 years working on US Senate committees with oversight of the environment and climate change. Most recently, Wheeler also served as the Director of Office of Regulatory Management and Acting Secretary of Natural and Historic Resources for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

In addition to decades serving in federal government executive and policy roles, for nine years Wheeler provided federal regulatory and legislative counseling and advocacy services to clients across a variety of industries at then Faegre Baker Daniels Consulting, including leading the Federal Energy and Environment practice team.
