Holland & Hart is pleased to invite you to our complimentary Healthcare Compliance Webinar Series, which will begin in January 2021. This series will take the place of our annual in-person Holland & Hart Bootcamp to comply with CDC guidelines related to COVID-19.

In our Healthcare Compliance Webinar Series, designed for the healthcare and life sciences industry, we will address compliance issues that frequently impact administrators, compliance officers, HR specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

This program will address:

  • Laws applicable to healthcare providers and insurers
  • Providing communication assistance to individuals with disabilities
  • Assistance obligations for limited English proficiency (LEP) patients
  • Managing expectations with service animals
  • Effects of COVID-19 on effective communication
