Holland & Hart Achieves Mansfield Certification Plus Status For The 7th Consecutive Year

DENVER — Holland & Hart is proud to announce that, for the seventh consecutive year, it has achieved Mansfield Rule Certification and Mansfield Rule Certification Plus status. Mansfield Rule is a year-long structured certification process designed to ensure all qualified talent at participating law firms have a fair and equal opportunity to be considered for advancement into leadership roles. The focus is on opening the door wider and ensuring that opportunities for advancement are transparent and inclusive for everyone. Mansfield is intended to expand opportunities, fostering growth without imposing limitations.

During the 2023-2024 certification period, Holland & Hart opted to participate in the Mansfield Certification Plus program that requires firms to voluntarily report outcomes of their inclusive processes.

“Holland & Hart is proud to be one of the 'true trailblazer' firms that has participated in Mansfield Rule since its inception in 2017 and achieved Certification each and every year,” said Phyllis Wan, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. “While the certification criteria have become increasingly challenging over the years, as a firm we are committed to the principles of transparency, accountability, and knowledge sharing underlying the program."
