Holland & Hart represented Bow River Capital Software Growth Equity (SGE) in its majority recapitalization of Fresnel Software Corporation d/b/a Vitruvi, a geospatial-based Construction Management software platform.
Vitruvi’s market-leading cloud solutions help asset owners, engineering, procurement & construction firms, general contractors, and sub-contractors to easily plan, manage, control, govern, and report from the field, to front and back-office staff, in real time–on a single platform. The significant investment from SGE will help enable Vitruvi to accelerate growth, rapidly deliver innovations within its product suite, and scale globally across every dimension.
The Holland & Hart transactional team was led by Denver-based corporate partners James Crowe and Chris Balch and of counsel Paige Coriden, with assistance from Marika Reitsema-Ball. Subject matter expertise was provided by Peter Perla, Lindsay Silber, John Ludlum, Trent Timmons, and Ashley Kennedy.
