Holland & Hart Advises Recurring Capital Partners on Investment Fund Formation

Holland & Hart LLP advised Recurring Capital Partners, an investment manager specializing in debt financing for Software as a Service (SaaS) and other recurring revenue model technology-driven companies, on the launch of Recurring Capital Fund IV, L.P. (the Fund). The Fund, which completed its initial closing on capital commitments on September 1, 2023, will focus primarily on strategic investments in business-to-business SaaS companies, in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
