Holland & Hart represented Signal Peak Ventures, a Salt Lake City based venture capital firm investing in early-stage technology companies across the United States, as lead investor in the $7.5 million Series A financing round of Authenticx, a health-tech software platform that is the new standard for humanizing customer interaction data at scale. The round included participation from M25, Sopris Capital, Allos Ventures, and Elevate Ventures. Authenticx plans to use the investment for ongoing product development and hiring.
