Holland & Hart LLP today announced the appointment of two new Administration Partners (APs) for the firm’s Santa Fe and Billings offices, effective Jan. 1. Larry Montano will serve as Santa Fe’s AP, a position most recently held by Brad Berge, who will now serve on the firm’s management committee. Beth Nedrow will replace Shane Coleman as AP for the Billings office. Coleman has served as AP in Billings for the past three years. As APs, Montano and Nedrow will provide leadership to the office in areas including financial management, client services, and attorney recruitment.

Larry Montano is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation group who provides trial and appellate counsel to clients on natural resources litigation, commercial disputes, real property matters, and personal injury/wrongful death cases.

Beth Nedrow is a partner in the firm’s Tax group who counsels employers on tax and ERISA matters, including fiduciary compliance and equity and other incentive arrangements.
