Holland & Hart LLP today announced the appointment of new Practice Group Leaders (PGLs) for the firm’s Tax and Labor & Employment (L&E) practices, effective Jan. 1. Laura Dinan of the firm’s Denver office fills the Tax PGL role most recently held by Dave Crandall, who served since the group was formed in 2010. Bryan Benard of the firm’s Salt Lake City office fills the L&E PGL role most recently held by Brad Cave, who served for the past four years.

Laura Dinan is a highly respected wealth transfer, estate and business succession planning attorney who has ably served the firm in a number of other administrative positions, most recently as the coordinator of the firm’s reduced time program.

Bryan Benard is a well-known L&E attorney within the Utah market whose regional practice also reaches California. He has served the firm effectively in previous administrative positions, including being a representative on the firm’s management committee from 2012 to 2014.
