Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that business litigator Anne Henderson, an associate in the firm’s Boise, Idaho office, has been elected a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF). The Fellows of the ABF is a global honorary society of US and international lawyers, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of their communities. Membership is limited to one percent of licensed lawyers in a jurisdiction.
Fellows are nominated by their peers and elected by the ABF Board for their dedication to the law, demonstrating outstanding achievement, and exemplary character in their legal careers. Fellows support the ABF’s groundbreaking research conducted by some of the world’s most respected scholars. The ABF’s interdisciplinary research addresses critical questions at the intersection of law and society in areas like access to justice, the function of juries in the legal system, diversity in the legal profession, societal costs of mass incarceration, the role of democracies in international law, and the financing of legal education.
