Holland & Hart Attorneys Selected to 2023 Colorado General Counsel Mentor Program

Holland & Hart is proud to announce that Denver-based attorneys Nicki Cerasoli and Lauren Schoeffler have been selected for the 2023 Colorado General Counsel Mentor Program, a two-year program designed to provide a powerful networking and professional development opportunity for senior associates and junior partners with diverse backgrounds.

The Program is designed with the intent of developing and strengthening relationships between talented law firm attorneys with diverse experiences and Colorado’s senior in-house legal community. Mentees will have direct access to General Counsel and senior in-house lawyers throughout the Denver Metro Area, who voluntarily participate in the Program, with the goal of helping attorneys successfully grow their practice and expand their mutual networks.

The 2023 Program consists of in-person meetings that comprise professional programming followed by networking, as well as opportunities for one-on-one meetings with General Counsel and in-house mentors.

Nicki Cerasoli provides strategic counsel to companies on a broad range of corporate transactions, including complex commercial contracts, restructurings and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and business formations.

Lauren Schoeffler provides legal counsel to clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on emerging growth companies and venture capital funds in the food, beverage, and consumer products space.
