DENVER (June 11, 2024)–Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that it has strengthened its executive leadership team with the hiring of Lisa Simon as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer and Joseph (Joe) Woods as Chief Financial Officer.

Lisa brings more than 25 years of executive level law firm marketing and business development experience to Holland & Hart. For the last seven years, she served as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at Lewis Roca. Lisa brings expertise developing and implementing robust client experience and feedback programs that help grow relationships and build client loyalty. A former President of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), Simon also previously served in C-level roles at several other Am Law 200 firms. Lisa will lead the firm’s Client Services Group, which includes business development, marketing, communications, events, and creative and video services.

Joe has worked for nearly 20 years at law firms in finance and operations roles. He previously served for five years as Chief Operating Officer at Lane Powell, where he oversaw the accounting, billing, forecasting/budget planning, and pricing functions, and served on the firm’s management team. Earlier in his career he worked at Am Law 50 firms Dechert and Morgan Lewis in finance and operations roles and at Perkins Coie supporting practice operations for IP and other practice groups. He brings experience managing practice group productivity and profitability that will be an asset to the firm. Joe will lead the firm’s Financial Services Group, including accounting, budgeting, pricing, and other functions.
