Holland & Hart Featured in The American Lawyer on Strong 2020 Financial Performance

Holland & Hart was featured in The American Lawyer Feb. 24 article, “Denver's Holland & Hart Hit Paydirt in the Pandemic.” The firm’s revenue (and revenue per lawyer) increased by 10% and profits per equity partner were up by 12%, as practices including corporate, M&A, intellectual property, real estate development/finance, and private wealth and tax, saw high demand. Firm Chair Chris Balch discusses the strong 2020 financial performance and said, “[w]e saw a broad-base [sic] increase in demand for our services, and lawyers across practices and industries worked hard to meet those needs” and “[w]e saw an increase in partner hours, and that had a positive increase in revenue.” Looking ahead in 2021, Balch said “we’re investing in technology and efficient service models that are going to benefit clients” and that he sees “more growth opportunities in the practices that overperformed in 2020.” Click here to read the full article, (subscription needed).
