Holland & Hart was honored to receive the Jake Jabs Community Impact Award at the Easterseals Colorado (Easterseals) Annual Season of Lights Gala on November 9. Commercial Litigation partner Michael Carrigan and Tax partner Arthur Hundhausen accepted the award on behalf of Holland & Hart in acknowledgement of their personal contributions providing pro bono legal services to Easterseals over the years on a range of issues including governance, contracts, transactions, non-profit compliance, and employment practices.
Named in honor of local philanthropist and American Furniture Warehouse founder Jake Jabs, the award recognizes individuals and organizations who are making significant contributions to their community through their time, actions, talents, and dedication. The 2024 honorees also included Iron Pony Express for the fundraising efforts of its members.
