Holland & Hart Ranked No. 16 Nationally for Client Service Excellence

Holland & Hart earned the No. 16 spot nationally in the 2016 Client Service A-team rankings, published by Boston-based BTI Consulting Group, which recognizes firms named by clients as delivering the best levels of client service. The BTI Client Service 30 elite list includes firms that earned the highest overall scores in client service delivery, outperforming all other firms by a factor of five.

Ranking in all 17 activities that drive superior client relationships, Holland & Hart was recognized as “Best of the Best” in the category, “Provides Value for the Dollar.” In addition, the firm ranked among “Leaders of the Best” for “Understands the Client’s Business,” “Meets Core Scope,” “Keeps Clients Informed,” “Deals with Unexpected Changes,” and “Unprompted Communication.”

“We are very gratified by our spot on the BTI Client Service list. We tend to think understanding the client's business, coupled with a service delivery model that emphasizes teamwork, is key to a positive client experience,” Liz Sharrer, chair of Holland & Hart said. “We love trying to find ways to improve that experience."

For the past 15 years, BTI Consulting has published the definitive ranking of client service excellence for the corporate law firm market. The rankings of more than 300 law firms recognized in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2016 are the end result of over 315 in-depth interviews with legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations. This is the first year that Holland & Hart made the BTI Client Service 30.
