Holland & Hart represented Big-D Construction Corp. (Big-D), a Utah-based contractor providing construction management, general contractor, and design-build services, in its acquisition of Colorado First Construction Co. (CFC Construction), a Colorado-based general contractor.
The transaction is part of Big-D’s vision to strengthen its company through alliances with premier builders and talented project teams in selected markets. CFC Construction will continue to be locally managed and operate under the same name.
