Holland & Hart represented Confluence Spirits, a Colorado-based, self-sourced producer of craft whiskey, in its Series A financing.
With this round of funding, Confluence Spirits plans to secure a 10,000-square-foot production warehouse in Englewood, CO that will eventually include a tasting room. The funding is also expected to help cover operating expenses as Confluence Spirits will be engaged in production for three years before releasing its aged products into the market.
The Holland & Hart transactional team was led by Chris Balch and Nate Davis, with assistance from Henali Deol, Benjamin Gibbons, Tyson Horrocks, John Ludlum, Sarah Lederman, and Linda Concannon.
