Holland & Hart represented Degreed, a workforce upskilling platform for one-in-three Fortune 50 companies, in connection with its acquisition of Adepto, a Total Talent platform that provides visibility and access to the skill-sets of current, past, and potential workers. The combined business will accelerate Degreed’s global expansion, and add enhanced skills inventories, on-the-job development experiences, and career mobility to the company’s learning experience platform. Terms were not disclosed.
Led by Marc Porter, the Holland & Hart team that advised Degreed on the acquisition included Dave Glynn, John Ludlum, Peter Perla, Sara Shelly, Rich Spilde, and J.P. Tarbutton.
