Holland & Hart Represents Lingotek in Strategic Acquisition by Straker

Holland & Hart represented Utah-based Lingotek Inc., a technology-driven translation services company, in its acquisition by Straker Translations, a leading global translation services platform.

Lingotek has well-established enterprise relationships and its own highly innovative technology, including advanced translation connectors and a cloud-based translation management system. This acquisition consolidates and extends Straker’s presence in the multi-billion-dollar US translation market, establishing new relationships with 20 global enterprises. Combining with Straker, Lingotek will have a global channel for its SaaS platform and innovative technology, and its customers will benefit from having a global supplier with productivity enhancing technology and a world leading service offering.
