Holland & Hart Represents MGM Resorts International on Long-Term Renewable Energy and Energy Storage Agreement

Holland & Hart served as lead counsel to MGM Resorts International in the negotiation of a long-term renewable energy and energy storage power purchase agreement for the Escape Solar + Storage project, a 115 megawatt (MW) solar facility with a state-of-the-art 100 MW/400 MWh battery storage system to be constructed in Lincoln County, Nevada. The representation also included an agreement with power marketer Tenaska Power Services.
