Holland & Hart represented Truckee Gaming, LLC, a leading owner and operator of locals-oriented casinos in Nevada, in its acquisition of Rail City Casino in Sparks, Nevada, from Affinity Interactive and its affiliates. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The transaction expands Truckee Gaming’s ownership and operations to 10 casinos in Northern and Southern Nevada. These casinos include associated gas stations, restaurants, an RV park, a California Lottery store, and other amenities.
