Holland & Hart Strengthens Arizona Presence With Experienced Environmental Litigator Janet Howe

Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the continued growth of its Arizona presence with the addition of Phoenix-based partner Janet Howe and associate Benjamin Longbottom. Their experience handling complex environmental litigation and regulatory issues strengthens the firm's capabilities in environmental disputes, compliance, and permitting challenges.

Janet brings sophisticated experience representing clients in environmental litigation involving Clean Water Act permits, CERCLA/Superfund matters, National Environmental Policy Act disputes, federal and state mining permit disputes, water rights adjudications, and environmental compliance matters. She guides clients at all stages of litigation and has experience advocating before administrative agencies and state and federal tribunals. Janet advises a diverse client base including mining companies, renewable energy developers, irrigation districts, and municipalities as they navigate multilayered legal and regulatory issues.

Before joining Holland & Hart, Janet served as Counsel at Perkins Coie. She served as a law clerk for now Chief Justice Ann A. Scott Timmer of the Arizona Supreme Court and Judge David G. Campbell of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
