Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that of counsel Jennifer Jensen has been elected to the Board of Trustees for the Idaho Shakespeare Festival (ISF).
Jenn will serve a three-year term on the ISF Board of Trustees, which is comprised of volunteer community leaders and supports ISF’s mission to produce great theater, entertain, and educate through a range of programs, illuminate human nature and rich cultural heritage, and promote cultural understanding.
Jenn’s expertise is in business litigation and appellate law. In her appellate practice she supports clients with state and federal appeals. In her litigation practice, Jenn has significant experience in complex commercial disputes, class certification, and other class- and collective-action issues. Jenn is serving as the Idaho State Delegate to the American Bar Association House of Delegates and is a member of the ABA’s Council for Diversity in the Education Pipeline. She also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Idaho College of Law, where she lectures on complex litigation, and is a member of the University of Idaho College of Law’s Advisory Council.
