Holly concentrates her nationwide trial practice in securities and complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Her current practice focuses on alternative dispute resolution as an arbitrator in large complex domestic and international commercial business disputes. She is a fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators, a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and a frequent arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Securities Panel and Joint Venture/M&A Panel, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution Panel, and FINRA Arbitration Panel.
